Volunteer Community For Pilot Project

A suitable disadvantaged Aboriginal community is needed to volunteer to participate in a pilot project to try and effect widespread economic change for the betterment of the whole community.

The entire disadvantaged Aboriginal Community will need to become committed to working toward changing their community's income earning potential.

This will probably be in spite of formidable obstacles and in addition to the effort, persistence and patience that will be required.

This is intended largely as a self-help project to assist those who wish to ultimately manage and control their own community's affairs.

It is therefore essential that this same community already has stable leadership with an effectively functioning administration structure.

Individual members of this community should be determined to initiate and self manage commercial opportunities, with initial outside advice and help, until able to eventually manage the results entirely without further outside help or advice.

A "dry" community, with minimal or no substance abuse, is preferred.
