Biography
Neville Poelina is a local Aboriginal person - he is a Nyikina man, born in Derby and living all of his life in the Kimberley. He has traditional ties through family connections right throughout the Kimberley. Aboriginal culture and society is his life.
Before establishing the Oongkalkada Centre for Sustainable Living., Neville was employed in a number of positions and has undertaken training programs that have amounted to a thorough knowledge and understanding of the area and its history and have helped to ensure that he is ready to embark on the venture.
