We have been in the horticultural business for 10 years. During this time we have developed a bridging tool for Indigenous and disabled people to move from welfare or funded employment (eg CDEP) into mainstream employment with award wages and conditions.
Whilst working in our business, we have developed systems to integrate people on welfare into mainstream work.
Systems that we have been developing take into consideration cultural diversity, disablities and social structures.
