Since 2004, tp-7 (Teenage Entrepreneurs- 7 Continents) has provided life skills, business ownership skills and employment skills training for teenagers/young adults (11-25 years of age) in the United States.

International Expansion
In 2009 and again in 2010, tp-7 (Teenage Entrepreneurs- 7 Continents) completed "Exploratory Business Trips" to Queensland, Australia (Brisbane, Loganlea, Caboolture, Roma, Cunnamulla and Charleville).

Remote Training For Aboriginal and Torres Strait
Islander Teenagers/Young Adults (11- 25 years of age)
In 2011, tp-7 is polished, poised and positioned to deliver its' 7-month, "Professional Skills and Job Search" training to indigenous (Aboriginal and Torrres Strait Islander) teenagers/young adults (11- 25 years of age) with the use of Teleconferencing, Skype, and/or Videoconferencing using Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP).

Success Folders
The success of the Torres Strait Islander and Aboriginal teenagers/young adults, as well as the global success of tp-7 (Teenage Entrepreneurs- 7 Continents) participants, is documented in individual "Success Folders". Specifically documented results include: 1. Mastery in completing professional applications, 2. Perfection in completing telephonic and face-to-face interviews, 3. A 3.0+ Grade Point Average (3.0 Grade Point Average on a 4.0 scale), 4. Paid and/or voluntary employment, 5. A one-page resume (curriculum vitae), 6. A written budget and 7. An active savings account.

Peer-to-Peer Training
Additionally, the remote Teleconferencing and Videoconferencing training that tp-7 (Teenage Entrepreneurs- 7 Continents) will be hosting for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander teenagers/young adults will be completed (in part) by "Teenage/Young Adult Corporate Trainers" who live in the United States. These select individuals are documented as having successfully completed tp-7's basic, seven-month training curriculum and they have been certified to facilitate one-on-one, classroom-style, remote teleconferencing and remote videoconferencing training. This unique, peer-to-peer training perspective will help keep Australian teenagers/young adults in the indigeneous community engaged, excited and inspired about the tp-7, seven-month training curriculum!

Type of Support Needed

Individuals, civic groups, community groups, families, future entrepreneurs, existing business owners, social organizations, local government entities, etc. who would like to invest in the future of an Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander teenager/young adult by sponsoring their participation in tp-7's, seven-month, "Professional Skills and Job Search " training. The total cost is $90 (AUD) /month for seven months ($630).
